In addition to client strategy and account services, David handles the marketing & business management side of Balance Creative. He began his career as a graphic designer, but eventually migrated to client services, project management and media services. David still plays a very active role in the creative process for clients, but now he also focuses on helping clients to determine appropriate marketing strategies — and the necessary approach to get them there. He’s an avid digital/online junkie and thinks an integrated approach (across traditional, digital and social media) is the most effective way to engage today’s audiences.

Over the span of his career, David has worked alongside many types of clients assisting them with design strategy, public relations programs, and branding/positioning efforts.

Jim has worked in the design and marketing industry for 30+ years and has been self-employed since 1990. He has consistently delivered innovative design solutions and unique marketing materials suited to the specific needs of his clients. Regardless if the work is related to digital strategies or in the form of traditional approaches, Jim is an artist at his core — combining his excitement for creative expression with his approach to client solutions.

Jim has a keen ability to translate complex concepts and data into compelling and easy-to-digest visual approaches.

Jessica is the firm’s Marketing Project Manager. She works closely with clients and manages projects from start to finish; making sure everything stays on track and answering any questions that may arise. Jessica also plays a pivotal role in advertising/design production, copywriting, and digital/social strategies. Prior to working with Balance Creative, Jessica was the Public Relations Account Executive for a national advertising agency and her main client was McDonald’s of the Bluegrass.

Jessica’s experience helps her appreciate the “big picture” when it comes to advertising and her insights into brand management make her a vital part of our approach and the services we offer.
